The Senior Financial Analyst - Benefits (SFAB) focuses on providing analysis regarding performance of benefit plans, benefit utilization, trends, pricing, and benefit benchmarks. The SFAB, utilizing their advanced understanding of Excel to design tools, publishes monthly reporting to management illustrating trends and utilization for health plans offered by the Company. This position will participate in benefit meetings, both internal and with vendors to develop a full understanding of benefit offerings, agreements, objectives, and TriNet's philosophy. The SFAB will support the Assistant Controller, participate and contribute to cross functional teams, representing finance for benefit projects, improvements, changes, and planning as appropriate. Travel is required to TriNet's headquarters based in San Leandro, CA to participate in benefit meetings routinely, with estimated travel of 2-3 days per month, generally consecutive.
