As our Senior General Ledger Accountant, you will apply principles of accounting to perform accounts reconciliation, analyze financial information, perform month-end close, and prepare financial reports. Other duties will include interfacing and reconciling corporate wages to the G/L; performing stock administration in Equity Edge; performing overhead allocation, analysis, and posting entries to the general ledger as well as reconciling and analyzing fringe benefit account to the general ledger. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (CPA certification strongly desired) with very strong general ledger experience through financials. Familiarity with accounting processes and computer based accounting systems, preferably PeopleSoft, are key. Strong analytical ability, demonstrated problem solving skills, experience with research on technical accounting issues, and excellent communications skills are essential.
