Senior Java Developer

Job Description:For this position, you will create tools and utilities that will be used to deliver data and custom integrations to key customers.Your responsibilities will include: Establishing a Java-based rapid web development platform and delivery methodologies Working onsite and remotely to implement custom software Gathering quick requirements, determining scope, and creating simple plans for new custom solutions Estimating project hours and tracking billable time Performing design implementation and unit testing of custom solutions Working with QA to test custom solutions Assisting with support of custom solutions Incorporating custom solutions into the product Maintaining and continuing development of existing custom solutionsJob Experience: 5+ years related work experience Experience with HTML, JavaScript/DHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, and Servlets Excellent organizational and project planning skills Solid communication and collaboration skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field Solid JSP development experience is a plus Experience with RoR, GWT, or JRuby is a plus Experience with multi-tiered Architectures is a plus Knowledge of J2EE technologies is a plusMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: More than 5 years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
