Basic FunctionMedImmune is committed to building a world class sales operations department and the Sr. Manager, Sales Reporting will play a key role in the execution of plans and projects that drive this vision. This individual will work in conjunction with the Associate Director as well as the Sales Analysts to implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the group. This person will lead and manage sales reporting competencies, including the collection and dissemination of all commissionable sales data with 100% accuracy.II. Specific DutiesResponsible for delivering commissionable sales data to the organization with first-pass accuracyDefine, build, and manage the processes for the collection, validation, and dissemination of all commissionable sales informationImplement ongoing process improvement recommendations as identified by Associate DirectorDocument and implement all business rules related to commissionable sales dataPartner with other internal teams (Business Analytics, Marketing, HR, IC, Finance) to ensure the timeliness and consistency of all data used for commissionable sales analysis.III. RequirementsProject Management experienceExcellent Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Access skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsManagement experience (experience managing people working on multiple tasks)IV. Education and Special SkillsBachelor’s degree requiredProcess orientedFinancial background and/or extensive experience working with numbers is highly desiredV.
