Senior Operations Site Manager

PSI is poised for rapid growth and has multiple new operations management opportunities available throughout the organization. We are seeking extraordinary business leaders motivated by the opportunity to do socially useful work in a productive and enjoyable work environment while creating profitability for our stakeholders through the flawless operational execution of industry best practices. Our operations management positions have accountability for one or multiple service delivery sites in the child support, workforce (employment) and health services fields. Managing total revenue of $2 to $10 million, these positions are a key member of the service delivery management team: • Delivers financial results for assigned service delivery site(s); meets or exceeds financial metrics for assigned service delivery sites • Drives operational excellence through documentation, training and performance of standard operating procedures. Identifies, manages, and executes continuous process improvements that yield efficiencies and meet or exceed operational metrics. • Ensures operations are aligned with PSI’s vision, to be THE sought after provider of administrative case management services for government and non-government health and human services. • Drives operational transformation through the creation and implementation of operational best practices and innovation • Fosters employee commitment and retention through open communication, clear expectation and goal setting, career development, recognition and ongoing performance feedback • Implements business and client improvement plans as identified by the client relationship manager (CRM), including client satisfaction and retention. Ensures contractual performance metrics are met The ideal candidate will typically possess the following: • Bachelor’s degree business administration, public policy or a related field • Five (5) years of management experience • Four (4) years of call center, claims processing, or case management operations experience • SCHIP or Medicaid experience required• Financial management ability for multiple site and/or projects (budget, ROI, cash flow) on both a stand-alone and roll-up basis • Ability to travel to regional offices and/or relocate within a region may be required Talented individuals with a passion for doing socially useful work are encouraged to apply.
