Position Description:

Oversee the clinical, financial and administrative operations of a cluster of residential programs in Boston for adults with varying levels of developmental disabilities. Ensure proper standards and regulations are adhered to as set forth by the funding sources. Ensure programs meet the quality standards and provide value to the public. Supervise other program directors. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with some night and weekend hours may be required – crisis response may be necessary.

Required Education and Experience:

Master’s degree preferred in Human Services, Psychology or related field required. A minimum of five years experience in progressively responsible human services functions, of which three years have been in a supervisory experience may be substituted for academic training.   Drivers License required for this position.
