They are also responsible for working with the Program Management Office to track and report budget variances to forecast; participate in Material spend initiatives, supporting testing program requirements; create and manage the annual Book of Work data input and records management.; responsible to work with Supply Chain leads to create project schedules that align with book of work activities. In addition to manage and develop process for monitoring and reporting book of work changes and schedule compliance.  Key Responsibilities may include:  Manage the book of work monthly (print quantities and cost data) ensuring that all change requests are incorporated in scope of work Single point of contact for all book of work changes and modifications. Analyze change impact and report directly to stakeholders for approval to proceed Develop process and procedures for data integrity and change control monitoring Manage the book of work revision log and ensure stakeholders awareness of all revisions and modification Participate in monitoring and reporting book of work variances to budget Work with Supply Chain Leads to develop book of work project schedules Work with Program Direction to merge book of work high level tasks into schedules Participate in the negotiation with Supply Chain teams when schedule variances impact task lead time and impede start and finish dates of key milestone activities Ability to identify project risks and communicate appropriately within the Supply Chain team Develop, update and maintain departmental procedure, metrics and process flows Collaborate with Supply Chain Leads to synchronize program reporting Update, maintain and monitor weekly departmental task report Participate in consensus forecasting meetings Participate in weekly Supply Chain Lead meetings Ability to manage team relationships Secondary: Serve and actively participate in ad hoc committees or teams as required Perform other duties as required Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree  Minimum of 2 years experience in a Project Management role Minimum of 1 year exposure to Master Production Scheduling practices and philosophy  Professional Skill Requirements:    Database technology experience (sufficient) and enhanced computer application skills. MS Office spreadsheets and graphics and Microsoft Project Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level experience in win-win negotiation strategies  High motivation, assertiveness, flexibility and adaptability to change Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills Working knowledge of MS project and scheduling techniques. Project Management and Leadership skills.
