Identify/develop and deliver regulatory and non-regulatory training at FDAH sites. Identify and coordinate external training providers to deliver specialized training. Lead and or participate with stakeholders in identifying and evaluating appropriate off-site training opportunities Negotiate and prepare for approval contracts for external training consultants and external training providers. Initiate contact and partner with area colleges to maximize training collaboration and make optimal use of grant funded training opportunities. Serve as a consultant and SME to client groups in effective delivery of departmental training and conducting of assessments. Coordinate and lead in transition to e-learning training where appropriate. Lead and/or participate with client groups in the development of FDAH production qualification programs and related assessments. Perform operational training assignments i.e., classroom, 1:1 training, special presentations, hands-on training exercises as required to assure training compliance.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA degree required.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Strong technical/scientific background required. Decision Making – Expected to make business decisions applicable to specific tasks within their own department. Risk Management – Ability to recognize risk and take calculated action having impact to both upstream and downstream internal customers. Project Management – Ability to manage multiple projects that are complex in nature and broad in scope. Collaboration/Teamwork – Ability to build cross-functional teams that share information and achieve results throughout multiple departments and across multiple functions Science Application - Proactively apply scientific concepts targeted towards continual process improvement. Process Knowledge - Demonstrate an experienced level of knowledge regarding manufacturing processes.
