Based in Dallas, ACS is a FORTUNE 500 company of 62,000 people supporting client operations reaching more than 100 countries.It would be hard for you to go through a day without encountering the products or services of our many clients in communications, education, energy, financial services, government, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retail, travel, and transportation.The Sr. Treasury Analyst supports the Corporate Treasury Department in its due diligence and consolidation of global acquisitions, management of global bank account needs, Letters of Credit, cash forecasting, daily cash management, SOX compliance, keeping up-to-date with industry offerings and evaluation of cash management strategies.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:The Sr. Treasury Analyst’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing Due Diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions team on all bank account, debt and investment structures for potential acquisitions. Working with new subsidiary’s management and ACS personnel, post acquisition, to determine future banking needs and best strategy for centralizing cash management and accounts. Managing new banking structures. This will include, but is not limited to working with business units to determine account needs and timelines, determining bank and/or services to use, working with banks to open new account structures, completing required documentation and online administration set-ups. Managing current banking structures. This will include, but is not limited to working with business units and bank personnel to update account documentation on file to change account signers and/or services or to close accounts that are no longer needed. In addition, this will require monitoring the bank account database and performing annual reviews of accounts to determine if accounts are still needed and to ensure accounts signers on file still meet company requirements. Issuing new Letters of Credit (LOCs) and monitoring existing LOCs. This involves working with business units to analyze potential client proposal LOC requirements, working with bank and business unit to ensure LOC requirements and wording meet bank, business unit and Corporate Treasury requirements, obtaining internal approvals, issuing new LOCs when needed, monitoring existing LOCs for maturity dates, and ensuring existing LOCs are cancelled in a timely manner. Consolidating and preparing the monthly domestic cash forecasts and weekly international cash forecasts and balances. Providing various cash management duties, which include but are not limited to providing secondary wire approval on all non-repetitive wires on a daily basis, assisting with corporate and subsidiary research as needed, and providing back-up on daily cash management activities in the event the Treasury Analyst is out of the office - this includes reconciling prior day bank account activity for all domestic subsidiaries, calculating the daily cash position, processing wire transfers, positive pay exceptions, investing/borrowing and reporting to executive management. This must be completed in a timely manner to meet all applicable deadlines to avoid account overdrafts and resulting fees. Tracking, preparing and submitting reports required for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Meeting with banks, participating in industry and professional groups, reading industry publications, analyzing new services and product offerings and meeting with other departments to assess needs. Evaluating current strategies and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and cost and analyzing current fee structures to ensure accurate pricing.Education and Typical Years of Experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting 2 – 3+ years experience in a business environment is a plusSpecial Requirements Experience in preparing detailed financial schedules Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
