Job Description:Position Information: Senior Trust Sales Representative Trust Support - PA South Position location is flexible in Pennsylvania within the Harrisburg or York areaPosition Responsibilities: -  Responsible for PA South Employee Benefit sales including 401(k), Defined Benefit, Group Benefits and Non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. -  Responsible for PA South Custody and Institutional investment management sales including enhanced cash, equity, fixed income and balanced account strategies. -  Will develop internal and external referral sources working with established regional guidelines. -  Interaction with regional Employee Benefit Relationship Managers and product management to deliver a cohesive strategy. -  Interaction with MTBIA (M&T Bank Investment Advisors) portfolio managers, advisory services, consulting groups and sales support to deliver cohesive solutions. -  Must stay current with ERISA and Benefit legislation, Institutional investment management trends and practices consistent with M&T Investment Group/MTBIA strategies. -  Successful candidate will also identify and cultivate targeted consultants.Basic Qualifications: -  Bachelor's degree in relevant field or without a degree; five or more years of Institutional and Custody experience, specifically working with corporations and Employee Stock Option Plans. -  Five or more years of experience with direct employee benefit sales to employers. -  Five or more year of experience with investment management services sales to institutional clients -  Strong oral and written communication skills. -  Successful candidate will also have excellent time management and self-motivation skills. Ideal Qualifications: -  Knowledge of PA South markets preferred (which includes Central, Southeast and Western, PA) -  Prior experience working in a bank environment or financial services organization. -  Ability to access qualified prospects through previous experience. -  Proven track record of success with selling short-term investment management products, equity and fixed income. -  Proven track record of success with selling Employee Benefit Services.With over 140 years of experience, M&T Bank is considered one of the most highly regarded regional banks in the country.
