Senior Windows Engineer

Job Description:Senior Windows EngineerThe Hanover Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Windows Engineer for our Worcester, MA office.Position Responsibilities: Design and implement the infrastructure for new systems, particularly the Windows, VMWare, DR, NAS/ISCSI, DFS and cluster technologies Work collaboratively with support teams and vendors to provide technical consultation on design and engineering of new solutions. Enhance systems management tools and procedures Develop and keep accurate documentation of processes, standards and baselines across enterprise environments generating status updates of assigned projects and problems. Ensure adherence to all IT and department policy, processes and procedures. Participate in the continued design and deployment of the Enterprise Active Directory infrastructure, removing Novell Netware dependencies and supporting the environment through research, scripting, training and resolving system conflicts.
