Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator

Crane America Services, Inc., a nationwide Industrial Crane & Hoist Service company has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Coordinator at our Greenville, SC location.

Applicants must be detailed oriented and have good communication & follow-up skills. Mechanical & Electrical Exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

- Scheduling & dispatching Service Technicians to customer job sites.

- Ordering parts & equipment.

- Coordinating work flow with customers.

- Preparation of reports on work progress

- Assist in estimating job cost.

- Develop repair quotes
