 Milestone Inc (www.milestonesci.com) is a recognized manufacturer in the field of microwave sample preparation for the chemical and medical fields headquartered in Connecticut. We are expanding our service department and are looking for a dynamic individual to join our friendly professional team as a Field Service Engineer who will be based in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area. The position will involve extensive travel in the Mid Atlantic region. Salary is commensurate with education and job history. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of service experience. Multi-tasking capability, strong organizational skills, team orientation and a customer-centric attitude are assets for this position.

Position involves the following duties:

·  Customer support

·  Remote troubleshooting

·  Field service support.

·  Extensive travel in Mid-Atlantic/South East US (occasionally in other sites in the US).  

Candidates should possess the following attributes:Bachelors degree - electronics  Strong electronics background.2 - 5 years experience as a service engineer, preferably in the field of scientific/Medical instrumentation. Customer service and client support experience Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Computer skills are a must, including past experience with any CRM Flexible and task oriented Ability to travel  75%+
