Immanuel St. Joseph’s — Mayo Health System, Mankato, Minn. is searching for a Service Excellence Manager to:• Develop and maintain robust service excellence program. • Proactively work with individuals and teams to promote service excellence. • Utilize data to report findings, support initiatives and illustrate progress. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Completion of first year of Master’s degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.Experience: A minimum of two years experience in service and service recovery required.
