Service Supervisor

Coordinate all aspects of the repair department, including employee supervision, customer service and satisfaction, quality control and related functions. Provide backup to Support Manager.     Direct responsibility for work analysis, planning, and assignment Ability to enforce safety programs Customer interaction and service Ensure maintenance of all service paper work and files Quality control of work performed Cost control related to service department Provide estimates for repairs Able to lead team of 8-12 repair technicians providing guidance and mentoring   HS diploma or equivalent Candidcate must exhibit strong ability in communication, leadership, and customer service Technical knowledge and diagnostic capabilities for Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical systems Prefer a minimum of five years of supervisory experience Knowledge of digger derricks, aerial and man-lifts a plus If interested, please apply online at http://track.jobviper.com/ViewJob.asp?id=500578-3-223
