Shift Production Manager - $75K++ DOE

Job Description:Immediate need for an experienced Shift Production Manager for dynamic, well known food manufacturing company. Will be responsible for managing all direct production activity (including pre-scaling, mixing, crumb mixing, depositing, baking, cooling, topping, loading, freezing, freezer unloading, slicing, ready-to-eat foods (RTEF) mixing, finishing ingredient preparation, whipped cream production, hand shop finishing, cake decoration, packaging, and labeling) seven days per week for one shift of a three shift, seven day per week operation, to meet Company service, quality, cost, safety, and people objectives. Must have 8 years food manufacturing experience, with two years in a shift management or production management role. Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related discipline is required.
