The individual will work with Information Systems to build development and test environments. The support of multi-tiered environments includes application code, middleware, operating systems, network, and security components. Maintaining compliance to defined processes is essential in this regulated environment. Responsibilities include technical analysis, problem resolution, process enhancement, and customer support. Candidates must have experience with SiteMinder and WebsphereBS or BA degree, preferable in CS, MIS or related technical field. 5+ years experience in the IS field. Must have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to meet the needs of a fast paced environment . Other required skills include: Strong oral and written communication skills, customer focus, and teamwork. Technical skills preference includes: UNIX administration, web architecture, general networking, and, security skills. Experience in application development methodologies and operational support a plus.
