Duties/Qualifications: -Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in grinding with in a precision manufacturing environment-Must have solid understanding of shop math and micrometers, and precision dial gauges- Must be able to read, write and understand technical documentation, computer literate, understand blueprints, and engineering specification.-Must be able to Set up and operate NC, CNC, PLC, and other manual machines-Ability to make adjustments to ensure that the machine and wheels are in proper operating condition at all times.-Must be able to setup mounting and dismounting of grinding wheels -Must be able to setup operation of CNC and manual grinding machines-Ability to read and understand engineering drawings’-Ability to ensure proper housekeeping is maintained and follow all safety regulations at all times-Must have strong sense of direction and problem solving skills-Must have steel toe shoes-Must have high school degree or GED-Must be able to work flexible hours-Clean background check and drug test are requiredThe hours for this position are: 8am – 5pmLocal candidates only please – no relocation assistance is available.
