Successful candidates will work in a dynamic, high-tech environment and must have strong re-work and IPC soldering skills. For immediate consideration, contact Heather Finley heather.finley@adeccona.com Responsibilities:Performs re-work on discrepant product. Routes and terminates wires. Assembles chassis, subassemblies and metal and/or plastic enclosures. Follows standard sequence of operations in performing wiring, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Mounts printed circuit boards (PCB’s) on plates, fixtures and panels. Routes pre-wired connectors and terminates by soldering or crimping. Reads and interprets assembly aids, procedures, prints, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s)Qualifications:Completion of electronics school and minimum four to six years experience in increasingly complex assembly positions. Must be familiar with prints and able to read and follow aids and work orders. Must possess good eye/hand coordination - compact assemblies. Certified in hand soldering - IPC. Must be able to pass entry level solder certification. Must be familiar with ESD safety products.
