Job Description:CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Speciality Developer! Technical Skills (Must Have): -Excellent working knowledge of BMC/Remedy Service Desk 7.x.-6+ years overall IT experience 3+ yrs system administration experience.- Strong knowledge of RDBMS, client server as well web application architecture and design.- Very strong problem solving and analytical skills.- Working knowledge of SDM or equivalent methodologies.-Experience in following and applying standard process and guidelines as per SDM. - experienced in finding solutions to technical problems, root cause analysis, system maintenance and performance tuning.- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.Technical Skills (Nice to Have): Previous experience with Incident Management.ITIL foundations understanding/certification is Plus.Supervisory Skills: Contact Information Company: CDI Email: Apply by Email
