Sr Administrative Associate to 50K+

Job Description:Purpose: Provide administrative support to a professional Staffing Team and client organization within PROP (Manufacturing Operations) and Corporate Groups. Responsibilities: Provide professional, customer oriented support by being proactive in identifying needs and work activities that meet the business priorities of the PROP and Corporate Groups Staffing Teams which is time sensitive, requiring attention detail and follow through. Coordinating multiple projects, Team schedules and meetings, and competing priorities while ensuring that the day to day activities adhere to committed timelines is critical to success in this role. Daily activities can include but are not limited to scheduling and coordinating multiple meetings and attendees, creating and preparing meeting materials including presentations and ensuring rooms/connections are set up, scheduling travel for Staffing Teams, assisting with special projects, ordering office supplies and ensuring vendors are paid promptly, coordinating office equipment repairs, coordinating and managing relocations of staff, and disseminating information required to ensure alignment of each Team member. In addition this individual will be responsible for coordinating catering needs for the groups, greeting guests, processing expense reports, managing calendars, recording and distributing agendas and disseminating communication from meetings so that all Team members understand deliverables, guidelines, shifts in priorities, etc. Skills: Top Skills Needed Complex scheduling Supporting two directors Light Excel no experience with formulas needed Strong Powerpoint must be able to take notes and turn it into a PP presentation Requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience as an administrative support Demonstrates excellent judgment in handling sensitive, confidential and complex information Is flexible in dealing with ambiguity, shifting priorities, while effectively managing time Is proactive in problem solving and decision making within set parameters Demonstrates high customer service Demonstrates strong administrative technical skills (Excel, Visio, Word, Oracle Calendar, E-mail, and PowerPoint) Is an excellent communication (includes verbal and written) Demonstrates excellent attention to details, works independently, follows through on deliverables, and is able to multi task Must be able to handle large volume of routine work from multiple sources Ability to persuade and influence others while maintaining solid relationships You can view all of our jobs online at http://www.act-1.com/?sc=11
