Job Description Job Description:Summary of Duties: Works independently to perform diversified duties in the area of assembly. Responsible for product and prototype assembly, product testing, and aid in the introduction of new products and processes to manufacturing. Assists in the design of experiments for new product and process development and conducts failure analysis.Duties And Responsibilities: Assembly, testing, and documentation of the company's pump components and system as dictated by engineering standards. Working from schematics, assembly drawing, written procedures, and/or verbal instructions will assemble and/or test assembled device. May perform calibration checks on device, equipment and tools. Help with project coordination (time lines, parts ordering). Help develop manufacturing process. Write procedures. Validate and build equipment. Build device. Troubleshoot. Be regularly available for pre-scheduled team and one-on-one meetings. Performs all duties and responsibilities as required by company's policies and procedures. Perform all other duties as needed or requested.QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of: Operation of machine tools Microscopic assembly techniques Skill in: Plastic part assembly and testing techniques Ability to: Ability to be comfortable working in a complex, competitive work environment. Ability to achieve pre-agreed-to deadlines, despite unexpected obstacles. Ability to write and speak, confidently and articulately. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other employees and departments. Ability to work effectively under pressure, despite multiple priorities. Ability to operate Microsoft Office software applications competently. Ability to understand what your contribution is to the "big picture". Superior planning capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a QSR-constrained, ISO-regulated environment. High ethical standards so that you can operate as a role model both within and outside the Company. A total dedication to meeting, or exceeding, customer expectations. Education: Minimum High School graduate, AS in a technical field preferred.
