ResponsibilitiesReviews and maintains standardization among the regional benefits group and escalates exceptions to management in order to ensure appropriate application of customer service. Ensures client benefits and other related products, Medical, Dental, Life, LTD, STD, Vision and Ancillary Benefits are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Performs routine research and executes corrective action on client issues and questions concerning Health and Welfare Benefits product or services ensuring resolution is in line with Business Rules and Compliance requirements. Utilizes personal computing knowledge and software to carry-out assignments including Microsoft Office, AQT, Discover, Crystal XI, uses computer knowledge and utilize other Workstation applications. Creates and maintains Standard Operating Procedures to support the Regional, Division and Centralized functions. Audits, identifies process improvements, and develops appropriate corrective actions to ensure compliance requirements.Acts as subject matter expert to team members for guidance on more complex issues submitted by regional business partners. Troubleshoots system issues between functional users and IT Support groups; for correcting system glitches, testing and implementing internal system enhancements.ADP is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer; M/F/D/V. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have problem solving, research and analytical skills.Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields. 5- 7 years experience in a technical support role, preferably in product development, customer service, benefits or payroll. Prior experience working a consulting role is helpful.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional environment interact with all, levels of employees and have strong customer service skills. Previous experience working with project management tools and methodologies are preferred. Must have advanced skills in excel and experience in working with Access is helpful.History of effectively functioning in a rapidly changing environment.
