Join a global organization that is fueled by the diversity and talent of its entire workforceJob Description:The Senior Business Process Analyst will work on the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team and provide process and system support to our internal Learning Management System customers. This individual will act as a liaison between the business process partner and the outsourced technical vendor by addressing system issues enhancement requests; and will work to ensure that user needs are translated properly into system functionality.Key responsibilities include: Lead technical relationship with vendor for the business. Partner with vendor and IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Work with business to prioritize issues. Work with business to define, document, and prioritize requirements, issues and enhancements. Manage implementations with vendor and provide status to management. Review vendor technical proposals to ensure that the requirements translate into the desired system change. Review and execute test plans for system changes. Assist with maintaining the validated state of the system. Maintain ongoing communication with business and vendor. Identify areas of process improvement.Skills/Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5 years functional business experience Minimum of 2 years technical application support experience Experience supporting Learning Mgt. Systems and eLearning (Plateau experience a plus) Experience supporting PeopleSoft or similar HR System Project management skills and experience Self starter with proactive work ethic and good interpersonal skills Great follow up skills Ability to drive action to closure Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Understanding of the software development lifecycle and the specific requirements for maintaining systems in a regulated environment.
