Thank you for your interest!General Summary: This position will act as a liaison between MIDAS+ departments and the client base. This knowledge can be leveraged over numerous departments (RC’s, Implementation, Support, Training, etc).This person will educate and assist with the functional and technical aspects of the company’s software products.Must be advanced in all functional aspects, including Report writing.Essential Job Functions: Provide advanced functional and technical assistanceReporting (possible report writing service)System mgmtTrend analysis (newly implemented and existing)Seeker and Core/DVSystem Mgr Cert development and trainingLeads the design of course format for new products and system enhancements as they relate to system mgr functionsRegional User group assistance as it relates to Sys Mgr functionality/responsibility and Support interaction in re: to know support issuesSpecialized/custom site-specific Sys Mgr consultation and training On-going Sys Mgr trainingWeb-based and regionally Proactive client contact to assess use of system (from a Sys Mgr perspective) and recommend improvement strategies (possibly triaged to the RC’s) Assist struggling sites (new, turnover, etc)Sys mgr functionsReportingProcess assistance relating to Sys MgmtCommunicate with MIDAS+ staff Sys Mgmt trends in the field along with possible recommendations Leverage knowledge across departments by serving as a liaison re: issues and trends RC’sSupportImplementationTrainingProvide education for both new and existing employees in the form of in-services and small informal groupsCommitment to the highest levels of customer service and customer relations.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of computer systems.Knowledge of MIDAS+ software product and subsequent issues.Leadership and customer service skillsOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.Strong analytical ability.Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships with clients and co-workers.Education and ExperienceAssociates degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 2 years product experience required.Expected Travel Time: None
