We offer: * Company paid life insurance, long-term disability pay, short-term disability pay, and optional supplemental insurance. * Full medical, including prescription drug coverage, Dental, and Vision * 401K with 100% company match up to 4% with no vesting period. * Profit sharing that is added directly to your 401K of 1% of salary up to $2050 * Employee Stock Option Purchase Plan in which you can purchase stock for 95% of our stock’s opening or closing price (whichever is lower) * Work/life balance is important to us, you accrue 20+ days of paid time off per year and we actually want you to take it! …and an additional 9 paid holidays Position Description Description:Sr. HR Administrator will act as first line of HR support - responsible for communicating, and responding to basic policy and procedure issues, benefits questions, and training matters.Responsibilities:-* Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Department and routine assistance to general inquiries from associates.* Handles general questions from associates regarding payroll, benefits, etc in a timely manner and resolves routine problems.* Maintains and updates personnel transactions in the HRIS system.* Maintains employment files and records per company policy and legal regulations.* Processes and analyzes HR data for reporting purposes such as turnover tracking and headcount analysis.* Manages and processes HR paperwork, to include processing terminations, transfers, and job title changes. * Provides verifications of employment.* Tracks tuition reimbursement, anniversary awards, PTO data, etc.* Schedules meetings/conference rooms/ATC's as needed.* Assists in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and updates organizational charts as requested.* Provides project support on HR change management activities when necessary.* Assists with the coordination and scheduling of community outreach programs, blood drives, and other company events as required.* Provides back-up to other HR Coordinators as required.Qualifications:* Bachelors degree and 3 - 5 years of administrative experience, preferrably in Human Resources* Superb customer service skills in a services environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive and confidentail situations and/or documentation. * Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply business rules.* Strong report-writing/data analysis skills and a solid understanding of HR and employee data. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Effective research and project management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS systems preferred. * Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.* Team orientedSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Stamford, CT, CTJob Number: RUSAGTNR123-593572Company URL: http://www.gartner.com/careers
