Under general guidance, consults and coordinates with managers, team members and outside vendors to perform integrated administration of disability programs, including Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and Family & Medical Leave Act.Coordinates and consults with managers to provide guidance and assistance in handling company leave programs. Coordinates with Team Members to ensure fair and consistent administration of disability and attendance policies, ensuring accurate record keeping and continuous oversight of compliance for STD, LTD and FMLA. Partners with Benefits and Worker's Compensation to administer leaves. Resolve leave related problems and to ensure effective utilization of plans with Managers and Team Members. Utilizes and maintains various databases, develops runs reports for the company. Implements system upgrades, enhancements and customizations which may include data collection and design, testing criteria, design of system specifications and implementation. Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree required. 5 + years total HR Experience. Knowledge of attendance-related polices and practices, Family Medical leave, ADA accommodations, and Worker's Compensation.
