Sr. Level Benefits Analyst

Well Established company located in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Sr. Level Benefits Analyst. Responsibilities include: Development of open enrollment materials, summary plan descriptions, and miscellaneous benefit communications materials. • Pro actively identify issues requiring action and develop innovative solutions. • Supports studies of potential changes to benefits programs based on mathematical and statistical comparison that are reviewed by top management and board members. • Supports the survey of market-based benefits information and summary trends and development. • Manages vendor relationships including preparing and analyzing vendor RFP's, contracts, and performance metrics. Best position candidate will have Bachelors degree and 6 plus years of experience directly related to the design, delivery, consulting, budgeting, and communication of corporate welfare plans.CEBS or CBP certification a plus Qualified candidates can send their resume in the Word format ONLY along with cover letter and salary requirements to chrissykelly@mergisgroup.com    Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
