Sr. Product Development Manager- Foundations

JOB SUMMARY: Manage the product development process as a liason between vendors, design, technical design and merchandising. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified candidates must possess the ability to: Drive T&A from Concept through PP stage for all foundations (development and on order) Drive, submit & approval process from vendors including but not limited to the following: fabrics, samples, lab dips, s/offs, trims, labels/hangtags, mock ups, wash panels, etc. Follow up on all style details through PP stage, including fit/PP samples status, while communicating pertinent information to cross -functional team members Establish, develop & cultivate relationships and communication with vendors, design, technical design and merchants Communicate daily with vendors on outgoing and incoming information while adhering to T&A calendar Obtain cc counts from Merchants; work with Design to develop into these counts Develop customer intimacy through store visits and attending floor sets Create & maintain internal & external Standards of Execution for Product Development department Attend fit sessions QUALIFICATIONS: 5-7 years minimum of product development experience Ability to prioritize and manage projects for self and team Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Strong sense of urgency Computer literate Creative ability, adding to the execution of seasonal development 4 year college degree preferred #cb# xchicox NOTICE: Chico's FAS, Inc. and its affiliates (Chico's) do not accept unsolicited candidate referrals or resumes from recruitment agencies.
