This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Solutions Architect.The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Health & Welfare Administration as well as product development and sales experience.*This can be a virtual (remote) opportunity*Requirements:-Extensive knowledge ofcorporate sponsored Health&Welfare Plans and delivery solutions including: 1) Plan design 2) Extensive knowledge of benefits administration and outsourcing delivery 3) Understanding of the provider and vendor universe associated with Health, Medical, Carrier and related subjects4) Able to participate and lead sales pursuitsPreferences:- Over 10 years Experience with Health & Welfare Plans/Programs with a combination of sales and delivery of each so as to construct sales solutions for new business pursuits- Some experience with Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefit Plans is a plus -- Experience with bundling outside partners including Consulting& Outsourcing solutions into an overall sales pursuit- Excellent presentation, written and oral skill with proficiency in Excel & PowerPointMay perform one or more of the following: Develop and manage strategic sales solution plans for multiple prospective clients at the same time. Needs to ensure the effective coordination of sales and delivery staff in solutioning new business opportunities. Proficient with the financial aspect of new sales solutions and is willing to travel at least 25% of the time. Directs the development and implementation of comprehensive sales solutions strategies on one or more specialized disciplines to meet client needs. Analyzes RFP’s and client requirements/standards to develop and implement high level, client-focused solutions. Transitions knowledge to implementation teams of applicable solution to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner. Interfaces with senior management to understand and provide solutions consistent with business needs. Interfaces with other team members on multidiscipline teams. Acts as subject matter expert and may assist functional management in the performance of special assignments and projects in support of ACS strategic planning efforts. Ensures applicable service/best practice procedures are in compliance with industry standards and relevant regulations/laws.
