Job Description:Full bookkeeping tasks: Journal entries, reconciliations, full cycle AP and ARFinancial statements closing on a monthly basis, trial balance and condensed information. Reporting of financial packages to the headquarter on a quarterly basis, audit prep.Tax working with the auditor and tax consultant. Collection monitoring of all sales Working with sales admin and supervising Legalities regarding collection, and reposition Sales Administration:Revenue recognition according to the company policy. Computation of sales commission to sales & sales support personal. Managerial / Office:Budget monitoring and control, reporting, implementing and monitoring cost cuttingPayroll preparation InsuranceLegal administrationOperational reporting Other tasks as assigned.
