Sr. Telecommunications Analyst

With over 50 offices in North America and 10,000 employees worldwide, Ajilon Consulting is a company full of opportunities and exciting new challenges.We are currently seeking a Sr. Telecommunications Analyst for a direct hire with one of our clients in the Durham NC area.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesigns and implements call center technical solutions including call flow design and analysis and call center technology solutions. Provides technical support on all call/contact center technologies including for ACD, VRU, reporting, call recording, QA, CTI and other related call center applications. Provides technical consultation to business areas in support of call center business needs and requirements. Participates in call center technology architecture planning and development with the business areas and senior IS technical architects. Implements all call center routing strategy programming changes and coordinates the call flow change process with the business areas. Develops call center business resumption options for call centers based on business needs and emergency situations.Hiring Requirements/QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline. A minimum of five years of call center technical support and consulting including switching and call routing applications and voice recognition technologies; one year work experience with Avaya and Cisco IP telephony applications; and a minimum three years work experience in Genesys IVR & CTI applications and Avaya call center applications.Hiring PreferencesAdvanced knowledge and experience with Avaya Definity PBX and S87xx Communication Manager platforms and Call Center Elite application.Advanced knowledge and experience with multiple e-communications technologies including VRU, CTI, Voicemail, ACD, carrier services, QA, Fax Server, Reader Board applications and Workforce and scheduling applications.Advanced knowledge and experience in call center consulting including call flow design and implementation, reporting and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge and experience of call center quantitative and forecasting methodology. Excellent project management skills. Experience in multi-platform environments. Excellent communication skills.
