Job Description:A well-established surgical device distributor based in Arlington, TX has just announced a need for a Staff Accountant. This company has been in business for 10 years and has experienced tremendous success. Annual revenues are approximately 25 million. To be successful in this position, you will have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience as well as a bachelor's degree in accounting (no exceptions). You will be solely responsible for all accounting functions, including payroll for this 30+ employee company. You will need previous experience in a high-responsibility, autonomous role. Duties: Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organization's finances to management, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
