Staff Accountant, General Accountant
Staff Accountant - four person department looking for a dedicated, reliable individual to join their fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations, Account Reconciliations
- Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Sales Analysis
- Accounts Payable
- Job Costing
- Account Analysis
- Assist in software and data conversion
Skills Required:
- Advanced level experience in EXCEL, creating linked spreadsheets
- Accounting package software, MAS 200 helpful
- Microsoft WORD
- 2 + years working with detailed bank reconciliations, account reconciliations,
job costing and invoicing.
- Strong, stable work verifiable work history in accounting positions
- 10-key by touch
- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow through
- Focused, self-motivated individual, reliable
