Context of work can include development projects, deployment projects, minor enhancements and on-going support. Supervises team members either directly or indirectly. Job ResponsibilitiesManages multiple managers of various size groups or exempt staff of critical functions.Helps others develop solutions to highly complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Models cross-functional collaboration and teamwork, encouraging others to do the same.Develops higher-level plans for units and provides significant input on long-term IT strategy. Works with managers and senior individual contributors to develop objectives.Advises others on managing HR processes, coaching and developing employees.Basic QualificationsBS/MS + 13 yrs. or Equiv. Exp.PhD + 6-7 yrs.6-7 years of experience managing large or complex teams in a matrix environment. Direct accountability for budgets and deadlines of unit.
