Store Manager

Help Chestnut Petroleum Distributors be a leader in the petroleum retail industry by acting as the store manager who ensures the safety and security of all employees and customers, exhibits and promotes excellent customer service, promotes location profitability, maintains cash, inventory and expense control, recruits, hires, trains, counsels, coaches and disciplines staff as necessary, complete and transmit all reports accurately and timely, ensures the security of company assets, implements promotions and other programs as directed, increases fuel and store sales, orders and receives store merchandise, mantains the highest personal and station appearance standards according to guidlines.
