Strategic Consultant

Press Ganey, the leading provider of health care performance improvement solutions is seeking to hire a Strategic Consultant for our Physician and Employee Business Unit. This person is responsible for delivering on-site, interventional consulting for physician and employee engagements. Will develop close relationships with clients, determine their unique needs, and customize the consultation and deliverable in order to assist the client in improving their Medical Staff or Employee satisfaction and engagement.  Will work to bring personal and professional expertise and experience to the organization, partnering with the client to improve organizational outcomes and meet strategic goals.

 

The ideal candidate will have degree in business, healthcare, organizational development or related field. (Masters Degree is preferred) Must have knowledge of current issues in healthcare and solutions and have a measurable track record in relationship and business development. This position is open to off-site or home based employees. Approximately 50-75% travel is required with overnight stays.
