Job Description:A great opportunity for a STRONG receptionist able to easily handle 9 incoming lines. Have great phone etiquette and great customer service skills. Will assist with the mail, stamp invoices and deliver to the appropriate departments, handle postage of mail, process all UPS and general office duties which are not limited to, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, etc. Must be confident with Outlook and have basic Word and Excel skills.
