Learn here.   Operations-Learn how the business operates and what key components are required.   Small Business-Increase client diversity and target smaller businesses         Education/Experience:    Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required at time of applying           Skills/Knowledge/Ability: ·  Must be extremely well organized, flexible, multi-task oriented, and have outstanding follow through skills. ·  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. ·  Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment. ·  Excellent computer skills: especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. ·  Must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and under pressure. ·  Positive, enthusiastic attitude. ·  Driven and hard working. ·  Detail oriented.  ·  Professional Demeanor.     Undergrad hourly rate $12 Graduate hourly rate $13-16 (You must reside locally in the Washington, DC area-relocation is not paid.)
