Supervisor Airport Services

You will ensure that ground handling agents and other service suppliers are fully briefed regarding Emirates requirements and resources optimally deployed so that the expected level of service to Emirates passengers is provided in a timely and efficient manner. You will also supervise staff on duty ensuring that all relevant areas of the operation are fully covered.

You will have a minimum of 5 years' Airport Operations experience and Passenger Services with at least 2 years at a supervisory level. An excellent knowledge of departure control and baggage tracing systems with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure is also necessary.
