IT and Corporate Services The Supply Chain Consultant for IT and Corporate Services is accountable for various sourcing and procurement projects for IT and Corporate Services business functions across NiSource. The Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for sourcing and procurement from inception to successful conclusion, including business requirements, RFx development, negotiations with potential suppliers, contractmanagement, economic analysis, and market data evaluation. The Supply Chain Consultant will identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies, forecast industry trends and improve performance of suppliers to meet business unit needs. The Supply Chain Consultant must possess a working knowledge of IT software, hardware, maintenance, services and telecommunications and enterprise administrative services. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and still meet business performance measures, timelines for procurement and sourcing activities and plan for future materials and supplies needs of the business units.
