PositionDescription - Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support. Provides advanced technical support to developers, corporate customers and end users for complex products, including highly escalated issues in an Enterprise level support environment. Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media. Qualifications – SQL server T SQLWindows 2003 serverIIS knowledge, hands on with clustering servicesSolid understanding of standard computer science concepts required. Exceptional customer service, communication, problem solving, trouble shooting Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level.
