Support Engineer 3 Job Description:This position is for the world's largest software company, headquartered in Redmond, Washington.DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will have great technical depth and breadth to provide and support incident management solutions across Windows Live applications and web services. Ability to contribute to incident management service strategy, conception, architecture, and definition will be highly valued. The successful candidate will have technical superiority and attention to all details necessary to deliver high quality MSN Services. As an SE of team driving solutions related to incident management, the candidate will need to evaluate multiple automation technologies, deliver data driven recommendation and requirements for automation platforms and scenarios, drive technology pilot and acceptance testing scenarios, leverage multiple data sources to determine the prioritization of automated incident responses, and define solutions that automate incident management across multiple physical locations, platforms, and applications.This candidate will need to be able to balance multiple partner relationships while doing so and will need to be able to operate in an environment under change management and audit requirements. This candidate will also need to identify, define requirements for, and implement metrics on service and systems in order to proactively model capacity and measure and report on the impact of automated systems in a production environment.
