Job Description:SummaryDesigns and develops instruction and education plans for classroom, e-learning, documentation, video, or other delivery methods. Uses the principles of instructional design to research, analyze, and develop instruction to meet educational goals and objectives. Assists in establishing standards, procedures, prototypes and templates as well as reporting project status to management.ResponsibilitiesWith less supervision than the entry level professional, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in nature, but usually involves more responsibility and a level of independence.
