Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to implement and initiate necessary plans to ensure proper scheduling of trips. Three to five years in transportation services. Current CDL license with passenger endorsement to drive 25 passenger vehicle. High School or G.E.D. Responsibilities 1. Coordinate the scheduling, planning and administration of trips for residents to malls, historical sites, visitor attractions, cultural events, etc. 2. Research and select the sites, hotels, restaurant and transportations for each trip. 3. Oversee the marketing, advertising and communication of trips. 4. Assist in tracking shuttle fees for billing payables and receivables. 5. Coordinate the reservations for trips and events. 6. Oversee collection of trip fees. 7. Escort overnight trips. 8. Perform duties as a CDL shuttle driver for all trips scheduled.
