Talent Management Consultant

Beeline offers workforce optimization products and services that deliver automation and best practices in the areas of workforce acquisition, workforce management, and workforce analytics.  Beeline Consulting Services is a service line in the Beeline RPO organization and is focused on Talent Management with areas of specialization in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Change Management. 

 

The Beeline Consulting Services team is growing and will be comprised of experts in Process Management, Leadership Development, Organization Development and Change Management.  For our Talent Development engagements, our team may provide executive coaching and team building, develop competency models, succession plans, career management strategies, and facilitate design and implementation of appropriate change management initiatives.  For our Talent Acquisition engagements, our team may analyze interview techniques and approach, develop training programs, and recommend recruiting process improvements.  Successful employee working on a Talent Acquisition engagement will not only assesses the effectiveness of current recruiting programs and processes but also develop and implement recommendations to increase quantity and quality of hire, employee satisfaction and effectiveness.

 

Position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 2 - 6 years of experience in the field or an MBA or other advanced degree with specialization in Organization Development.

 

Candidate should possess the following:

 

·  Familiarity with a variety of Organization Development and Change Management concepts, practices, and procedures

·  Familiarity with process re-design (as a part of the design, documentation or implementation team)

·  Ability to design new processes and procedures and effectively roll them out across the client organization

·  Strong facilitation and interviewing skills and able to apply them in different client environments

·  Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as the role will require the individual to perform a variety of tasks

·  Ability to be a self-starter

 

Position will report to Principal of Beeline RPO Consulting Services.
