Performs RMA product testing and reporting.Requirements: Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification of experience and education. Excellent Communication and written skills. Spanish or Portuguese as a second language is a plus. 1-5 years working experience in a customer or technical service position. 1 year working experience in an Information Technology position. Experience working in the device networking and automation industry is a plus.Ability to use technical knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions. Ability to understand and analyze basic functional and operating principles of basic computing products, servers, software. Skilled in Linux, WinCE, Visual C++, kernel debug. Familiar with socket programming by C or C++, and with TTY programming under Unix-like OS.
