We have thousands of retail locations throughout the United States (including the District of Columbia) and continue to grow…the career opportunities are limitless!  The Senior Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading full life-cycle software development and vendor product implementations. The PM creates & maintains project budgets, schedules and client expectations. The PM may lead multiple projects and also work with outside vendors. The PM is responsible for status meetings, requirements gathering sessions, risk management evaluations, change requests and all project documentation. The PM also negotiate project scope, cost, and schedule to satisfy multiple priority projects with available resources. The PM should have a good understanding of the business and various technologies in order to set direction for the business and technical aspects of various projects.  Major Position Responsibilities:   Lead the delivery of various projects on time, in scope and within budget leveraging industry best practices, processes and tools. Responsible for vendor management for package implementations. Duties include creating & maintaining project requirements documents, project plans, status reports, financial models, risk/issue lists, project communications and quality assurance plans. Create and maintain project management "toolbox" consisting of processes and templates for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance. Lead various employee & consultant project managers towards successful completion of various projects. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Must have a Minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Must have a Minimum of 2 years of Business analyst experience.  Must have experience in Application Software Development. Must be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Expert experience with MS Office Products Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management including all field level Sr. Management.
