Technical Specialist – Commercial Hardware Sales Are you an independent self starter with hardware product knowledge and excellent project management skills? Our client is a high-end door hardware company that is serving the architectural and hospitality industries. Due to a growing market they are looking for tech-savvy hardware sales specialist to manage customer orders and projects. The role is responsible for technical customer assistance and support, in addition to reviewing and updating product installation instructions. The Technical Customer Service Specialist is working closely with outside vendors and is providing regular product knowledge training classes to the customer service and warehouse teams. This position is reporting to the National Sales Manager and is assisting the President on all custom projects. Relocation assistance is provided, however, local candidates are preferred.
