Technical Support - $34-42k + Bonuses!

Job Description:Small but stable and employee-minded software development company in south Orlando/Millennia area is ready to bring on a Technical Support Rep to join their team! You will take calls and e-mails from customers to diagnosis, discuss, and resolve problems; completing registration requests; providing answers to questions and product support; assisting with the development and maintenance of knowledge base used for problem resolution. Must have strong phone and email professionalism and customer service; excellent written and verbal skills; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;experience with web-based demonstration tools such as WebEx,GoToMeeting, or Live Meeting; ability to work independently. It is critical that this person have an ability to think outside-the-box and apply common knowledge and innovative thought processes to projects. Experience with sales automation systems and GoldMine preferred. Should have general knowledge of server operating systems, MS SQL Server, ODBC andMDAC, Terminal Services and Citrix. Ideal candidate will possess experience with accounting/finance software (installation and troubleshooting, QB or PT a plus). Candidates must pass technical skills evaluation and criminal/civilbackground check. Position pays $34-43k + bonuses.
